Also, as a result of carrying around a wooden puppet all the time, Wesker possesses a considerable amount of upper body strength. Wesker is also ambidextrous, which aids him in his exceedingly skillful manipulation of Scarface. He is also a skilled marksman, whether it be through Scarface, or personally.
Team Affiliation: Irish Gang
Personality: Wesker is gentle, shy, and quiet. He lacks the ability to stand up for himself, although his shy demeanor hides a strong intellect. His life experiences, low self esteem, and schizophrenia, spawned a split personality named Scarface, embodied in a heavy wooden ventriloquist dummy dressed like a classic mobster.
Scarface is ruthless, temperamental, and domineering, easily bossing Wesker around. Despite this, Wesker looks up to Scarface as his only real friend, and a much-needed source of authority, and stability.

Marital status: Single
History:
By the time Arnold Wesker was born, his parents were already heavily involved in organized crime. At a young age, it became clear that Wesker had mental issues. For a time, ventriloquist dummies provided an effective form of therapy for the young boy. At least until his world was torn apart. His parents were both killed, and his house burned down, when they couldn't pay their debts to the Mob. Only one dummy survived. Scarface.
Scarface in hand, Wesker did what he could to survive, and spent a lot of time talking to the dummy. One day, Scarface spoke back. Wesker's fragile mind had effectively snapped in two, leaving a mass of anger, a strong desire to be in control, and a ruthless brutality at those who would try to control him, housed inside Scarface.
Scarface, desiring to be the man in charge, has set out, with Wesker in tow, to climb to the top of Gotham's criminal underworld. To that end, Arnold has formed a friendship, with hints of something more, with Peyton Riley, daughter and only child of Sean Riley, head of the Irish Mob.

Sample Post:
Arnold Wesker nervously hunched down in his seat. Riding on Gotham's subway late at night always made him nervous. It didn't bother Scarface, though. The puppet was seated next to Wesker, who had his hand in the puppet's back, as usual. For now, though, no one even bothered to give the duo a second look. This was Gotham, after all. Stranger things than a man with a wooden puppet were fairly common.
Everything was going smoothly until a surly-looking man got on the subway, and sat down next to Scarface, dropping a wet coat on the puppet.
"Hey, I'm sittin, here! Watch where ya trow dat, stupid!" Scarface growled angrily.
"Yeah? You gonna do somethin' about it?" the man sneered at Wesker.
"I-It wasn't me," Arnold stuttered, shrinking away from the man's sneering face.
"Shaddup, Dummy. I'm gonna have words with this clown once we get outta dis subway." Wesker looked nervously down at Scarface, then back up at the man who was regarding him like he was something unpleasant on the bottom of his shoe.
A few minutes later, Wesker got off the subway, grateful that he hadn't had to wait long. Maybe if he could get far enough away...
"Where you think you're goin?" sneered the man, from right behind him. He grabbed Wesker's shoulder, spinning him around. But before he could do more than that, a wooden hand struck him in the face.
"Shaddup! I'll do da talkin!" Scarface growled, aiming a shortened Thompson sub machine gun at the man. "Now move!"
Looking terrified, the man headed in the direction Scarface had indicated, sweating nervously, too scared to speak. Not long after, the sound of multiple gunshots rang out in the night...
