Jeffery wears what he believes is cool; t-shirts with bands he's never heard of with long sleeved shirts underneath mostly. He wears jeans as well, mostly with rips in them. He's a strictly sneakers guy. Even when he tries to look nice he just ends up looking creepy. 

The ability to shift, control and convert human blood with a special form of telekenisis. He can comand the blood to do things in and outside the bloodstream. He is technically classified as an omega level mutant.

Personality:

Jeffery's a bundle of strange personality quirks. He likes to try and be as friendly as possible which he doesn't realize comes off as creepy. If someone gives him the time of day they'd better be prepared to be stalked by the teenager. Despite having no money he deposits gifts to his so called friends, mostly things he steals. He's a hidden criminal mastermind that HE doesn't even realize. His mental capacity is a little backwards, having more the maturity level of a ten year old as opposed to an older teenager. He's not above crying, pouting and having tantrums. But it gets deadly when he uses his powers. Also try not to tease him; he's VERY ashamed of his lack of social skills, his zero athletic skills and the fact he still wets the bed at 17.

Jeffery was born into an already stretched thin family. He was half planned and half accident as his mother, depressed when her older twins began to grow up, poked a few holes in a condom and became pregnant. Although upset, Jeffery's father tried his best to be happy but fights with his wife escalated as money ran tight. To make matters worse, Jeffery's birth was particularly difficult as his powers emerged. But his mother survived and jeffery became her little baby. She coddled him, much to the disgust of his father. So he had it coming on both sides; his father yelling and criticizing him and his mother cuddling and hugging him when he cried. This started his twisted downward spiral. 

On top of that, Jeffery started to show a few tell tale signs that worried teachers and parents of other children. Jeffery liked to hurt other kids and see if he could heal their wounds. Most of the time he ended up hurting them woorse so he switched to animals, the only creatures who loved him unconditionally. His siblings found him embarrassing and helped spread his secrets around the school such as upping the rumors about his affection for animals and his other tell tale serial killer sign; very frequent bedwetting.

Jeffery finally decided to turn completely inward, even spurning his mother's affection. His classmates ended up hurt often and he would deny that he did it. Finally his older brother called out the fact his brother was either a serial killer or a mutant. When they found out the latter, Jeffery's father threw a fit. He rushed to beat his son but in the process struck his wife in the head. Trying to convince his father he could do good by trying to move his mother's blood away from her brain. Unfortunately it had the opposite effect and it killed her.

Running away, he was cornered by his siblings and a few neighborhood boys. Thinking he had nothing to lose he tried his powers out and sent their blood flowing out of them. Running some more he ran headfirst into the X-Men. Being recruited by the X-Men to their school, Jeffery was excited. Leaving his murderous rampage behind him, Jeffery is now trying REALLY hard to fit in at Xavier's. 

But...maybe he's being a bit too eager.
