Powers/Abilities: Psychic shielding prevents any telepathy or other mental attacks from effecting him, and he can manifest a physical shield around himself to block physical attacks. A slight personal precognitive ability allows him to preempt even surprise attacks, providing he isn't asleep. He can also use his psychic power to enhance his physical attributes, typically strength, or speed, up to superhuman levels. Also able to direct psychic energies in destructive waves. Omega Class mutant.

Personality: Lou is a calm, rather condescending, ad highly intelligent man. He's really good at reading people, even if they barely give any signs to what they're thinking. But he always presents himself as at least superficially polite, as long as nobody goes out of their way to antagonize him. Then  they risk getting themselves attacked. Although he holds to his own personal code, it can be hard to understand, and he come across as amoral, and enigmatic.

History: Born in Switzerland, a young Ludwig learned to fend for himself, and how to increase his almost non-existent fortune. By the time he was sixteen, he had enough money to immigrate to the USA, and leave behind the problems brought upon by the manifestation of his mutant powers. Learning to control his powers through a combination of strenuous practice and rigid mental discipline, he got involved with a number of questionable financial ventures, and acquired a fair number of minor businesses, working deals with many different powerful individuals., from politicians and judges to criminal mob bosses.

Currently, he is known as an information broker, and someone skilled at acquiring anything, for a price. To a select few, he offers his personal services, for a steep price.
